If I am considered an out-of-network provider, I can provide a detailed receipt, known as a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement—depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

Some clients choose not to use their insurance benefits for reasons such as high deductibles, a preference for privacy, or a desire for greater flexibility and fewer restrictions in their therapy. Additionally, I may not be an in-network provider with your specific plan. In these cases, clients often choose to pay privately (self-pay). The rates for a typical session range from $175-$225, and the fee for an initial intake appointment is $250.
Private pay is also accepted for those clients who do not wish to utilize insurance for therapy services. Health Savings Accounts, Flex Spending Accounts, Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Check are accepted.

Under the No Surprises Billing Act, individuals who are not using insurance benefits for their care have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of services. If you are paying privately (self-pay), you will receive a written estimate of the total anticipated charges for therapy services. This helps you understand and plan for the cost of care before you begin treatment. Please note that this is an estimate and actual costs may vary depending on the frequency and duration of sessions. If you have any questions or would like to request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, I’m happy to provide one.
